A highlight of the day will be a visit from Gisela Harrer, who will speak with us about roses, their effects, and their many uses. At 78 years old, she is a true icon and a master in the use of wild herbs and roses.

For the rose is far more than just an ornamental plant: it not only delights in the garden but can also become a true experience in the kitchen—both in terms of flavor and its soothing effects.

Following the talk, we cordially invite you to get hands-on: Anyone who wishes can make their own jar of rose sugar and receive personal tips and inspiration in the process.
