Our charming boutique hotel, featuring 12 stylish apartments and 3 double rooms, is much more than just a place to stay—we create a temporary home for our guests. Personalized service, warm hospitality, and a special atmosphere are at the heart of what we do.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Guest Service Agent (m/f/d) to join us immediately—someone whose experience, warmth, and enthusiasm for interacting with guests will enrich our hotel.
Your Mission
You’re a passionate host and feel most at home where hotel life happens—among our guests. Whether at the front desk, in the café, or as the point of contact for individual requests, you’ll ensure—with warmth and professionalism—that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
The focus of this position is on day-to-day operations. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, keeping a clear head even in busy situations, and working with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and to create a special guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
Hosting & Guest Services
- Providing a warm welcome and personalized attention to our guests
- Check-in and check-out, as well as support throughout the entire stay
- Active participation in the café
- Fulfilling individual guest requests and competently handling special requests
Reception & Administration
- Receiving and processing reservations and inquiries
- Preparing quotes and handling correspondence by phone and email
- Maintaining reservation and hotel systems
- Assisting with administrative tasks and daily organizational processes
What You Bring
- Ideally, a completed vocational training program in hospitality or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in the hospitality or service industry
- A passion for working with people and a strong sense of hospitality
- An independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
- Organizational skills and a strong commitment to quality
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
