Prices

All prices are in euros and include the statutory sales tax:
7 % for overnight stays and 19 % for all other services.

Payment

In cash or by EC card, Visa or Mastercard, as well as our vouchers. Advance payment by bank transfer is possible on request.

Reception hours:  Tuesday - Saturday 12–6 pm,
Monday & Sunday check-in/check-out only possible online

Shop & Café: Tuesday to Saturday 12–6 pm

Arrival

Arrival and check-in is possible at any time from 2 pm via online check-in. You can meet us in person during the above-mentioned reception hours.
Monday and Sunday check-in only possible online.

Departure

Check-out must take place by 10 a.m. and is possible online at any time. You can meet us in person during the above-mentioned reception hours. On Mondays and Sundays, check-out is only possible online (or in person the day before).

Longstay

Please contact us at any time for longer stays of 4 weeks or more. We will be happy to prepare a customised offer for you.

Breakfast

If you book one of our double rooms, we offer you an extra fine Engelwirt breakfast for an additional charge. Please book in advance and inform us about the breakfast time.
Breakfast times from 8-10h

If you book one of our apartments, we offer you our breakfast starter package for an extra charge. Here we fill your fridge with delicacies from the region and on the first morning you will get the rolls delivered fresh to your apartment door. (all-inclusive)
Alternatively, we offer you our small Apartment breakfast in all apartments for an extra charge. We will fill your fridge with everything you need for breakfast. (per person/per day)

Bread Roll Service

In cooperation with a bakery in Berching we offer you a bread roll service. You can place your order with us by 5 pm the day before at the latest.

Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer

In our Probsthaus you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the barrier-free toilet, which you can use free of charge.
Please ask at reception for keys and washing times.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings or in the inner courtyard. We hope for your understanding.
Violations and extra cleaning costs will be charged at cost.

Television / TV

In our rooms & flats we deliberately do without televisions in order to draw your attention to our house, the art and of course to yourself.

WLAN

We offer you free WLAN in the entire ensemble.

Cleaning

The double rooms without kitchen are cleaned by us every 1-2 days - except Saturdays and Sundays. We would like to give our employees as many weekends as possible and hope for your understanding.
The apartments with kitchen are cleaned by us every 3 to 4 days. If you wish an additional intermediate cleaning, we will charge you a cleaning fee (on request)

Kitchens

We ask you to leave the kitchens in the apartments as you found them. We reserve the right to charge separately for cleaning if the kitchens are very dirty.

Initial Kitchen Equipment

On arrival you will find a small starter pack with salt & pepper, vinegar & oil, sugar, instant coffee for a French press, dishwasher tab, tea towels & dishcloths.

Vouchers

Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Please quote the voucher numbers when booking.

Allergy-friendly-Rooms

Pets are not allowed in the following rooms.
The bedding is specially selected for allergy sufferers. Filled with 100% alpaca wool from the region, we can offer you particularly high quality sleeping comfort

Bicycles

We are happy to provide you with a limited number of covered, lockable, unheated parking spaces in our bike stadium free of charge. Several sockets are available for charging the batteries of your e-bikes.
Please reserve in advance.

Parking

You are welcome to use the short-term parking spaces at Reichenauplatz and Marktplatz for unloading. (max. 2 hours with parking disk)
You can park your car free of charge about 5 minutes' walk away at the ship mooring area at Uferpromenade 3, 92334 Berching.
The public parking lot at the Europahalle, Schlesierstraße 2, 92334 Berching is also available about a 5-minute walk away.

Damage

We take the liberty of sending you an invoice for your liability insurance for any damage caused in the accommodation.

Image rights

Works of art are exhibited in our house, as well as in all rooms and apartments. The artwork is the property of the respective artist/owner and is subject to copyright. Therefore, images of the artwork may not be reproduced or published without permission. Any use of the images that is not permitted by license is unlawful and violations will be prosecuted.

Filming and photo shoots

May only be carried out with the prior written permission of the owner / management under the specified conditions.

Booking

We accept inquiries and reservations online at www.engelwirt.com.
You will receive your binding and detailed booking confirmation by email.

Minimum Stays

There is no minimum stay, but we reserve the right to make exceptions for public holidays and bridge days.

Babys and Children

0-2 years: free of charge in parents' bed
Baby cot & high chair: one-off 40 €
3-11 years: 20 € / night
from 12 years: 40 € / night

Extra Bed

40 € per person / per Night

Late Check-out

(only possible subject to availability)
Departure until 1pm: +30% of the room rate
Departure until 6pm: +80% of the room price

On the day of departure your flat is at your disposal until 10am. You are also welcome to spend the day with us at the Engelwirt after check-out.

Cancellation

We look forward to your visit and do not wish anyone to have to cancel a booked trip.

In the event of cancellation, we make every effort to find a solution with you. If you are unable to start or postpone your booking, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations are only valid in written form (e-mail).
• Cancellation free of charge from the date of booking confirmation up to 11 days before the date of arrival.
• Up to 10 days before date of arrival 40% cancellation fee of the total amount
• Up to 7 days before date of arrival 50% cancellation fee of the total amount
• Up to 2 days before date of arrival 80% cancellation fee of the total amount

Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, special cancellation conditions apply:

Reservations of 3 to 8 rooms
up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount
up to 3 weeks before the date of arrival: 80% of the total amount

from 9 rooms
up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount
up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival: 80% of the total amount

To save costs and hassle, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If we do not agree on any deviating cancellation conditions in the booking confirmation, the above regulations apply.

Reservations for events, conference and meetings

For enquiries about our Engelwirt location, please contact us by telephone or email. Write or discuss your idea with us.
After receiving your enquiry, we will send you an offer by e-mail with an option date.
You let us know by email within the deadline whether you are happy with the offer or would like to make changes.
After acceptance, you will receive a booking confirmation from us, which you must sign and return to us within 1 week. If you do not return it, we reserve the right to consider the previous agreements as invalid.

At the same time, we will send you a partial invoice. (depending on the amount of the order) and ask you to pay this within 8 days. If we do not receive payment within this period, we will consider the acceptance of the offer to be cancelled.
