The new dual exhibition by German Stegmaier and Johannes Nagel at Galerie ZINK Waldkirchen will kick off with a joint brunch at the Engelwirt. In a relaxed atmosphere, guests will have the opportunity to meet both artists in person and gain initial insights into their work and artistic practice.

In his paintings and drawings, German Stegmaier develops multi-layered visual worlds in which observations of nature, memory, and imagination merge into poetic compositions. Johannes Nagel is one of the most significant ceramic artists of his generation. His sculptural works emerge from an experimental approach to clay and glaze and straddle the boundaries between vessels, sculpture, and free form. In doing so, he continually explores new possibilities of the material and challenges traditional notions of ceramics in surprising ways.
